Terms of service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Roles and access are granted by the facility you are associated with and can be changed or withdrawn by them.

Facilities set their own membership terms, prices, cancellation rules and health screening requirements. Repline provides the software that carries them out; the contract for gym membership, classes and sessions is between the member and the facility.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Where a facility takes payment through Repline, that facility is the merchant of record for those charges and is responsible for refunds and disputes under its own published policy. Platform fees payable by facilities are set out in their operator agreement.

Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to send unlawful, harassing or unsolicited marketing messages. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
