What else can cost money: card processing, billed to you by Stripe on your own account; optional Concierge Setup if you want us to build your site with you; optional setup-assistant capacity top-ups beyond the included allowance; and SMS credits, since text messages to members are pay-as-you-go (email and in-app messages are included). Why there is no monthly licence
Most gym software charges a flat monthly licence whether you sign up two members or two hundred. Repline charges a percentage of what it processes instead, so the cost tracks the revenue it helps you collect.

Memberships and day passes
Recurring plans, one-off passes and customer-chosen day ranges, with joining, cancelling and switching handled in the app.
Check-in without a front desk
Members scan a QR code on any tablet running in kiosk mode, or staff check them in manually. No door or turnstile hardware is required — and none is shipped.
Payments and till-free sales
Card-on-file renewals and counter sales run through one connected Stripe account, so there is no separate terminal contract. Stripe's own processing fee still applies and is billed by Stripe.
Reporting that stays current
Revenue, active members, attendance and stock update as the day happens instead of at month end.
Staff, rotas and pay
Shifts, cover, sign-off and payroll export, with pay visibility limited to the people who should see it.
