Bookings & attendance (write side)

Staff and managers can create, move and cancel sessions from the day planner. Moving a booking checks the obvious things for you — is the room free, is the coach free, is the member still entitled to that session.

Cancelling a class asks whether to tell the people booked on, and can carry a short note explaining why. Members get the message in the app and by email, so nobody turns up to a session that is not running.
