Health-screening answers and personal details are treated as sensitive from the moment they are collected. Members can see what is held about them, export it, and ask for it to be deleted.

Deletion is honoured, with one honest exception: where a record is needed to defend a legal claim it is locked down and kept for a defined period, then destroyed automatically. Every step is logged, so the operator can show what happened and when.
