Retail stock is written once at the business level and then provisioned to each site with its own quantity and price. A drink can cost one thing in the city venue and another in the suburbs without maintaining two catalogues.

Stock moves as it sells, and corrections — breakages, deliveries, stocktakes — are recorded with a reason. Checkout is card-only in the app, so there is no cash drawer to reconcile.
