The rota, the class timetable and the booking diary are one calendar rather than three. Publishing a week tells staff what they are working, and puts bookable sessions in front of members at the same time.
Gaps are surfaced rather than discovered on the day: an unstaffed class, a shift nobody has accepted, or a coach who has been scheduled in two places at once.
