Staff contracts

Each person has one employment record with the business, not a separate identity per site. Their contract records the type of arrangement — hourly, zero-hours, salaried or annualised — along with pay, hours and holiday entitlement.

Because the record follows the person, someone who works across two of your venues has one set of terms, one holiday balance and one pay run rather than a duplicate life at each address.
