Staff roles, leave & pay titles

Access levels, job titles and pay rates are three separate things in Repline, which is what lets a qualified coach cover reception without being paid as a coach for it.

Holiday is tracked per leave year with a running balance, requests are approved in the app, and approved leave is visible on the rota so nobody is scheduled while they are away.
