Payouts go directly to the operator, so you are the merchant of record for your own members and money never sits with Repline in between.

Refunds are issued from inside the app with limits you control: managers can be given a ceiling, or refunds can be reserved for owners entirely. Every refund is recorded against the original sale with who authorised it.
